  1. Make a cone out of aluminium foil.
  2. Brush half a sheet of brick pastry with melted butter or oil.
  3. Wrap the sheet around the aluminium cone.
  4. Place in the oven for a few minutes so the sheet dries and turns golden-brown. Finally, garnish with your filling/mixture.
