Sweet shaped parcels


Surprise your guests – it’s easy to make these small tasty parcels in the shape of sweets.

They’re so simple to make:

  1. Place your filling/mixture in the centre of your sheet of brick pastry.
  2. Fold the sheet of brick pastry over itself.
  3. Roll the sheet of brick pastry.
  4. Form a sweet by securing each end with a tie (cooking string, chives etc.).
