Samosa type small triangles


To enjoy tasty samosas, simply follow this folding tip.

For a golden-brown and crispy finish, brush them with butter or olive oil before putting them in the oven or in the frying pan!

Follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. Cut your JR brick pastry sheets into 2 equal parts.
  2. Fold half of the sheet of brick pastry over itself and place your mixture at one end using a small spoon.
  3. Fold the sheet of brick pastry over the mixture in the shape of a triangle and repeat until the brick pastry is completely sealed.
  4. Your triangle will be ready to go in the oven or the frying pan for the required amount of time.
