Scrumpyious crispy pastries


Make them really crispy with this easy folding method.

1 sheet of brick pastry and a selection of delicacies are all the ingredients you need to enjoy these crispy pastries!

  1. Place your filling/mixture in the centre of the sheet of brick pastry.
  2. Fold the opposite sides.
  3. Fold the other opposite sides again to form an envelope.
  4. Turn over the folds and make a notch in the shape of a cross using scissors.
